BY USING OUR SITE OR PLACING AN ORDER FROM OUR SITE, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. IF YOU CANNOT AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER ON OUR SITE. THIS DOCUMENT SUPERSEDES ANY OTHER STATEMENTS THROUGHOUT THE SITE.
IMPORTANT NOTE: ANY ISSUE REGARDING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MUST BE ADDRESSED BY EMAIL ONLY. IN THIS WAY, WE WILL BOTH HAVE A WRITTEN RECORD TO REFER TO.
The information you provide on this form is kept strictly confidential and is used for processing your order only. The information is used internally only and will not be sold or in any manner shared with any other person, company or business. Special Note: Occasionally, we are asked to help in the selection of the filter's size, brand, etc. In such case, we will provide as much help as possible in the selection of the filter. However, ultimately the customer is responsible for selecting the right size. We will help, but under no circumstances do we accept responsibility for selection even if there are Errors, omissions, or misstatements in our communications.
Cancellations: If for some reason you decide you need to cancel your order due to an error or any other reason, you must follow the instructions which will be provided in the confirmation email after you place an order. Orders that have left our warehouse cannot be canceled, and delivery must be accepted. If you refuse the shipment from UPS, Federal Express, or United States Postal Service, we cannot give you a credit or a refund for the merchandise. Accept Delivery....Once delivery is accepted the order can be returned for a refund as per our 30 day return policy below.
Custom Size Filters: Custom size air filters are built to your exact specifications. As a result, these filters may not be returned for refund or credit. However, if you ordered the filter too big, we can cut it down provided you return the filter, shipping pre-paid.
30 day Return Policy - Standard Sizes Only: If you return a product, shipping pre-paid within 30 days, we will be happy to give you a refund for the full amount of the order, excluding our shipping costs (the charge we incur to ship the order) as posted on www.ups.com, retail location, and a 4% processing fee. These charges may be waived if you re-order immediately after the return. We cannot issue a credit on products that arrive back at our warehouse damaged, unusable and cannot be re-stocked. We strive to get you the best quality filters and best value, so some of our products are equal to in quality, or are up-grades (higher efficiency) or equal to that of the original manufacturer. Original brand filters will have the word "Brand" on the tittle and/or Description. If you have any concern whether the product is OEM or not, please email us to confirm. The aforementioned terms and conditions apply to these products as well, should you decide to return the product because it is not OEM (original equipment manufacturer). If we send you a filter that was improperly manufactured and we confirm (by measuring) is too big to fit your housing, or is plus or minus one quarter inch than the dimensions shown on our site, we will cover all shipping, including the cost to return the product to us. We do not charge a re-stocking fee, however you must email us for instructions on how to return merchandise. If you do not email us for Return Instructions you will incur a 15% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. When returning merchandise, we strongly recommend that you use UPS as they automatically insure the shipment against damages for up to $100. We cannot issue a credit on products that arrive damaged, unusable and cannot be re-stocked. If we provide Return Labels free of charge you must re-order an equal number of filters as you are returning.
Important Note/Refunds: If a shipment we send you is damaged by UPS, we will immediately send you replacement, at no charge to you provided you report this within 60 days of delivery. When you return merchandise, UPS will sometimes damage it. When this happens we cannot give you a refund on the damage merchandise. However, you may get re-imbursed for the cost of the merchandise by filing a damage claim with UPS. In accordance with UPS rules, it is your responsibility to file the damage claim, but we will help you in any way we can. Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii: Sorry, we do not ship to Canada, Alaska, or Hawaii
Refunds are processed as expeditiously as possible, however please be patient and allow two to three weeks from the date the merchandise arrives at our warehouse.
After 30 Days: It will be solely upon our discretion whether we will take back merchandise after 30 days. If we agree to take the merchandise back, a 15% re-stocking charge will be deducted from your refund, which will be in the form of a store credit. In addition, our original shipping costs as posted on www.ups.com, retail location, will also be deducted. It is your responsibility to open all boxes upon delivery to confirm you have received the correct merchandise. Should you discover you received the wrong item after 30 days, all the Terms herein stated under "After 30 Days" will apply. When returning a product, we strongly recommend that you use UPS as they automatically insure the shipment against damages for up to $100. We cannot issue a credit on products that arrive damage, unusable and cannot be re-stocked.
Credit Card Charge-back: Should you decide to do a charge-back for whatever reason, you agree to notify us by email at email@example.com at least one day prior to notifying your bank, in order to give us an opportunity to credit back your account. Should you fail to give us the one day notification, you grant us the right to charge your account a twenty dollar processing fee. A dated copy of an email will be enough proof that you gave us the one day notification
Address Correction: Please be very careful in entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us by the Carrier because it could not be delivered, due to a faulty address, you understand the charge to us from UPS or other Carrier will not be refunded. UPS/other Carrier has that money, not us. In addition, 5% of the total order will be deducted, which is a charge from the credit card company. Once the merchandise leaves our warehouse we cannot correct the address. However, an address correction can be requested by you which we will forward to the Carrier. In cases where address correction is successful, you agree to pay whatever UPS charges us for the correction. We will only charge the exact amount that UPS charges us.
Lifetime Beat The Price Guarantee: Beat The Price Guarantee applies only to Orders place Online, and to commercial sites that offer air filters. Auction houses, liquidation sales, and special sales are excluded from this Guarantee. All orders will be accepted at our own discretion. Errors, omissions, or misstatements in the order process will be cause for non-acceptance of order. In such a case, any and all charges will be refunded in full, to the penny. Venue for any disagreements arising from the use of our website, or orders placed on our website, or any other matter will be in Palm Beach County, Florida. This means that the Terms and Conditions of the use of this website, provides that both you and we (Cristal Enterprises, Inc.) agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Palm Beach, Florida.
